Full Time (40 hours per week), Part Time (20 hours per week), Casual
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience

About the Role:

We are looking for strong Administrative leaders to join our rapidly growing organization. These important roles are key in a full range of office management duties and will provide crucial support in administrative duties and tasks. Key responsibilities include ensuring clear office processes, internal and external communications, maintaining filing systems, taking meeting minutes, and traveling to each site as needed.  We thrive on collaboration in a team driven environment, and it’s essential to take initiative, be organized, and have a friendly and professional attitude that enjoys helping others.  The chosen candidate will be comfortable interacting with diverse people, be adaptable and creative, and loves to make a difference by serving and representing the community we work for!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling internal and external correspondence, and maintaining records
  • Reception duties including answering and delegating calls, handle internal and external queries, and greet and assist all visitors ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management
  • Coordinate office supplies, orders, and inventory management
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with office management such as building maintenance, coordinating office processes, office equipment maintenance
  • Liaison with Operations Manager and coordinate with issues as they arise
  • Assist and support staff with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, outgoing mail, drafting correspondence or communications, etc.  (print, email, fax)
  • Assist organization and programs with meeting and event preparation as needed
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required

What You Bring:

  • Two+ years of office administration experience
  • Post-Secondary Administrative education considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate, both verbally and written
  • Intermediate experience of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word and Excel
  • A valid Manitoba Driver’s License, clear drivers abstract, and reliable access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility in hours, including some weekend and evening shifts
  • A recent (as of the past six months) Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector, and Child Abuse Registry Check
