We are looking for a Cultural Instructor who will help bring this vision to life. In this role, you will support children, staff, and families through cultural teachings, mentorship, curriculum development, and community connection. - Experience planning and facilitating workshops, gatherings, and cultural events for children, families, and/or staff

- Experience working in trauma-informed, culturally safe, and inclusive environments
- Ability to adapt teachings and curriculum for different age groups, especially young children
- Experience working within an early learning or childcare setting (asset)
- Experience working within an Indigenous-led organization or community-based environment (strong asset)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- A warm, patient, and welcoming approach to working with children, families, and staff
- A deep respect for cultural protocols and a commitment to sharing teachings in a good way
