Program Overview

Youth Connect supports youth and young adults 16-29 , who are involved with or have exited Child and Family Services as they transition into independence. We provide a safe, welcoming, and culturally grounded space. Here, you can access supports, build life skills and connect with community.

Program Eligibility

Youth between the ages of 16-29 who are exiting or have previously been in CFS care.

Services Provided Include:

  • Housing support– We work to support our youth in accessing housing services
  • One on One- Support with one of our Navigators for guidance and goal settings
  • Service Navigation– Connecting youth to programs, benefits, community resources and supports
  • Cultural Connections-Access to Cultural programming

Youth Connects goal is to walk alongside youth as they build stability, independence and belonging.
