Program Overview

Youth Connect supports youth aged 16 to 29 who are exiting CFS care in accessing housing, transitional, and cultural supports, focusing on preventing homelessness and securing sustainable housing.

Program Eligibility

Youth between the ages of 16-29 who are exiting or have previously been in CFS care.

Services Provided Include:

  • Help with EIA
  • Understanding your budget letter
  • Housing navigation
  • Cultural support
  • Service navigation & advocacy
  • Access and referrals to employment & training resources
